Opus Art, the most commercial of all street art galleries “is thrilled to announce the launch of KounterKulture our new not for profit website. Kounter Kulture promises to revolutionise the art market by giving collectors an unprecedented level of access to contemporary artists and their work. Our new website will also enable artists to build more in-depth relationships with collectors, and communicate their own unique approach more effectively.”

Well, basically this means let the artists do the acquiring work and I’m pretty sure there is a provisional fee that goes to Opus Art when you’re selling through their website. So please don’t tell me it’s a non-profit website. By the way, there’s not only etsy doing this thing for a long time, but also the great arcademi.
